3. According to customer needs and product pricing strategies, we will provide customers with reasonable quotations, and after reaching an agreement, we will negotiate with customers on price, payment method, and delivery details to seek a solution that both parties are satisfied with.


4. After both parties reach an agreement, we will sign a formal sales contract or order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties. The customer pays, and the company arranges production to ensure that the product or service is delivered on time.


5. After the production is completed, the goods will be delivered to the customer in the time and manner agreed in the contract.
